The Purpose



IN CHRIST Ministries, Inc., has established a 501(c)(3) group exemption program for the purpose of promoting public trust through excellence and integrity in financial matters pertaining to personal life and ministry while uniting ministries for strength and maturity to do the work of the ministry more effectively and for the Glory of God.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS


  • To profess Christ as Lord, raised from the dead and your personal savior.

  • To accept the bible as the only true inspired word of God.

  • To have a recognized ministry gift.

  • To be financially responsible for ministry and personal funds with integrity

  • To be willing to spiritually make progress in your own personal spiritual growth.

MINISTERIAL AESTHETICS


  • To continually seek unity by walking in peace at all times with all men.

  • Support your Pastor and Church.

  • Live a morally and financially upright lifestyle.

  • Submit to God's counsel and direction in all your affairs of life.

  • Seek to walk in love at all times and in all circumstances regardless of the cost.

  • Seek to become a living epistle of Christs loving behavior and character.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES



For 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under IN CHRIST Ministries, Inc.

Institutions: (Churches, Schools, etc.)

$100.00--Initial Fee
$ 50.00--Yearly Renewal Fee


  • 10% of monthly tithes minus building or benevolent funds (as available)

Individual:(Non-Institutional regardless of desire for 501(c)(3) status.)

$75.00--Initial Fee
$40.00--Yearly Renewal Fee

  • 10% of monthly income and receipts (as available)


Associate: Ministers with 501(c)(3) status desiring membership with IN CHRIST Ministries, Inc.

$40.00--Yearly Renewal Fee

Accounting Requirements

Services of a qualified Bookkeeper or accountant prior to submission of completed annual statement is required.

Annual Statements Must Consist of:


  • Revenue and expense report
  • Balance Sheet
  • All prior year's receipts (Clear and legible copies accepted)


(Deadline March 15th for prior year)
